See why Uniben Security officers fought with post graduate students

On Tuesday, what would have been a peaceful protest went soured as Security officers engaged in a physical combat with post graduate students,who cried out for the outrageous amount the school asked them to pay for project defence within a short notice.
The PG students on getting to the school gate were interrupted by the Security Officers, who took over the protest ,tore their plackads, beat up the students and handcuffed about five of them.
But the students having a good knowledge of the protest decided not to fight back
      later, the Dean of student affairs came around and said school never sent the security officers to interfere in the protest.
The victims of the protest were rushed to the health center as they sustained serious injuries.
